After semi-finished production,the parts will be powder coated by automatic painting line. The important point is we must do parkerising before painting,make the parts cleaning and rust.After parkerising,the parts will go to powder coating,we use the environmental-friendly powder,no lead and non-toxic,harmless and safe in line with environmental requirements,The powder-coated metal construction is sturdy and does not rust or corrode with normal use.
The final process before loading container is packing,we choose the workers with more than 15 years experiences in this industry,they work fast and careful,avoid missing any parts in the carton. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
